1. Scope

This Developer Agreement applies to every account that publishes, offers or distributes content through the PLINKO Arcade. You must accept the current version before publishing a listing. Your acceptance is recorded with the agreement version, your account ID, the listing and a timestamp.

2. Your representations

• I represent and warrant that I have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to distribute the game and all included materials through PLINKO.
• I will not upload, distribute, sell, link to, embed, or facilitate access to prohibited content.
• I will not use PLINKO to distribute malware or malicious software.
• I will not distribute copyrighted material without authorization.
• I will not distribute stolen, leaked, confidential, or unauthorized material.
• I will comply with applicable laws.
• I understand PLINKO may remove, disable, reject, suspend, or terminate content or accounts that violate PLINKO policies or applicable law.
• I understand PLINKO may cooperate with lawful requests from copyright holders, law enforcement, courts, regulators, and other authorized authorities.

3. Responsibility for your content

You are responsible for the content you upload, the assets it contains, the external links you provide and anything your build downloads or executes after installation. PLINKO may remove, restrict, suspend or terminate content and accounts that violate these policies or applicable law.

4. Indemnification (subject to legal review)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PLINKO, its operators and affiliates from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of content you upload or distribute through the Arcade, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

This clause is a draft and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before the marketplace opens broadly.

5. Enforcement and repeat infringers

Copyright enforcement history is tracked per developer account. Enforcement escalates from warning and removal, to temporary publishing suspension, to a longer suspension, to permanent termination of marketplace privileges. Thresholds are configurable by administrators and subject to legal review.

6. Security review of your files

Uploads are validated, hashed and submitted for malware scanning before they can be published. A build is not publicly downloadable while scanning is pending. Scanning is a security measure and cannot detect every possible threat.

Pre-publish checklist

Every item must be confirmed in the Upload Center before a listing can be published.

• I own or have permission to distribute this game.
• I have rights to all included assets.
• The game does not contain prohibited content.
• The game does not contain malware.
• The game does not secretly download unauthorized files.
• The game does not distribute pirated material.
• The game does not contain stolen or leaked material.
• The game does not facilitate illegal activity.
• External links comply with PLINKO rules.
• I agree to PLINKO's Developer Agreement.
• I understand PLINKO can remove content and terminate accounts for violations.

Important

These policies are intended to establish marketplace rules and to provide notice, removal and enforcement procedures. They reduce risk; they do not eliminate it, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney. PLINKO does not promise that every prohibited file will be detected, that scanning catches every threat, or immunity from any claim.
