What we collect

• Account information and your connected wallet address
• Purchase history and on-chain transaction signatures
• Download history and download authorization logs
• IP address and device/browser information, for security and fraud prevention
• Security logs, file hashes and scan results
• Moderation reports you submit and developer listing information

Why we collect it

We collect only what is reasonably necessary to run the marketplace, deliver purchased downloads, secure the platform, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and operate the business.

Sharing

We may disclose information in response to lawful requests from copyright holders, law enforcement, courts and regulators after appropriate verification and review. We do not disclose user information merely because someone claims to be law enforcement.

Wallet addresses and on-chain transactions are public by nature of the blockchain. We do not publish private wallet information in public URLs.

Retention

Moderation, enforcement and legal-case records are retained as evidence for as long as necessary for legal, security and compliance purposes, and are not deleted automatically on request where retention is required.

Other data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your controls
