Marketplace policy

Prohibited Content Policy

These rules apply to every developer, every listing, every file and every link on the PLINKO Arcade. They cover the entire distribution chain, not just the file you upload.

LEGAL CONFIGURATION REQUIRED โ€” DO NOT PUBLISH. 7 required legal fields are empty, so this page is incomplete. An administrator must complete them in the legal configuration before the marketplace opens.

Zero tolerance

Child sexual abuse material and child exploitation are met with immediate restriction of the listing and account, evidence preservation, and escalation to qualified personnel and law enforcement where legally required. Reports in this category are auto-escalated the moment they are received.

Report content

A. Child sexual abuse material / child exploitation โ€” zero tolerance

Developers may not upload, sell, distribute, link to, embed, or facilitate access to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content or sexual exploitation involving minors, including any attempt to distribute, request, sell, trade, host, link to or facilitate access to such material.

This includes any game, file, archive, external link, code or download mechanism designed to facilitate access to such material.

If PLINKO becomes aware of suspected CSAM, access to the relevant content and account is restricted immediately while we follow applicable law and our incident-response process. Relevant account and transaction metadata is preserved and the matter is escalated to qualified personnel, reporting channels and law enforcement where legally required. Moderators are never asked to download or open suspected material to investigate it.

B. Non-consensual sexual content

  • Non-consensual intimate images
  • Revenge pornography
  • Sexual exploitation
  • Stolen intimate images
  • Sexual blackmail or extortion content
  • Any sexual content distributed without the subject's consent

H. Illegal goods or services

Games, files or listings that facilitate the unlawful sale, distribution or acquisition of illegal goods or services are not permitted.

I. Violence and criminal facilitation

Content whose primary purpose is to facilitate real-world violent crime or serious criminal activity is not permitted. This does not target fictional violence in games.

J. Evasion and bypass tooling

  • Software designed primarily to unlawfully evade security controls
  • Bypassing access restrictions or circumventing authentication
  • Evading platform enforcement or defeating technical protections
  • Facilitating unauthorized access to systems or accounts

The facilitating-access rule

These rules apply to the entire distribution chain, not just the file you upload. A listing violates this policy if it delivers prohibited material by any route.

  • Redirecting users to prohibited files, or embedding them
  • Providing download links, passwords or encryption keys that unlock prohibited files
  • Providing instructions specifically designed to obtain prohibited material
  • Automatically downloading prohibited material
  • Using a legitimate game as a wrapper for prohibited downloads
  • Hiding prohibited files inside ZIP, RAR or 7z archives
  • Downloading additional prohibited content after installation
  • Using external servers, launchers or installers to retrieve prohibited content
Legitimate game + hidden illegal file inside a ZIP = PROHIBITED
Legitimate game + installer secretly downloading prohibited material = PROHIBITED
Legitimate game + external URL leading to prohibited material = PROHIBITED
Legitimate game + password unlocking prohibited material = PROHIBITED

Enforcement

Violations may result in listing removal, disabled downloads, disabled external links, developer suspension or permanent termination. Every enforcement action is recorded with the reason, the acting administrator, a timestamp and the affected listing, file, developer and transactions.

Important

These policies are intended to establish marketplace rules and to provide notice, removal and enforcement procedures. They reduce risk; they do not eliminate it, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney. PLINKO does not promise that every prohibited file will be detected, that scanning catches every threat, or immunity from any claim.
